Saturday training .
The club have secured a new venue at the Honor Oak Playing Fields for team training. Usual start time of 10.00 and same charges as before. Plus it is likely our tea lady will attend.
Membership Fees for 2008/09 Season.
REGISTRATION/MEMBERSHIP FEE for team members - £30 for each player.
Remember all players will need two passport size photos (no headgear) and cheques payable to ‘Hillyfielders F C’ are preferred.
PLEASE NOTE: Any cheques that are made please plus the name of the player on the reverse side of the cheque.
Players cannot represent the club if the cheque has not cleared.
Sunday subs.
Please also note that we need to ensure that all Sunday subs are collected even if a player does not play.
However, in any team of under 10 and younger all players will feature in some part of the games.
Should there be extenuating reasons such as a long break due to bad weather or player injury we will of course not expect subs for that player.
Sunday subs remain at £3.00 per game.
Fines.
Last season ( 05/06) the club was fined heavily for all breaking all manner of league rules - but the club paid for teams' fines centrally. Next season we expect the league fines to rise and we therefore must request all those involved with individual teams to take more care over league procedures and crucially we will expect each team to accept payment for fines as a team.
Management of teams.
We will be issuing separate guidance to all managers, assistant managers and all parents and guardians. Ideally most teams need an administrator/treasurer (who collects and records subs).
We ask all managers to remind parents of the expected Code of Conduct as set out by the SELKENT league.
League and Club meetings.
Club meetings have traditionally been at the center of all communications. For the coming season we are aiming to hold club meetings on the first Thursday of every month at 8.00pm. This directly follows the club's obligatory attendance at SELKENT league meetings and means that all correspondence from the SELKENT meeting can be relayed immediately to team managers. Please note club meetings are not restricted only to club and team management – everyone is welcome to attend. We would welcome support in making sure the club attends the league meetings. Girls Football
As mentioned elsewhere on this website we regret to report that the girls team folded and has not continued for the 2006/07 season. If a team emeges of course we can enter into the league asap.

Summerhouse Playing Fields. Our teams home ground for matches only.
As mentioned on the front page of this website we have now heard from Lewisham Council that we can use Summerhouse until 2010 at least.
